Terms of Service

ThreadlyOS is a WhatsApp-first CRM that provides a shared inbox, contacts, sales pipelines, broadcasts, and automations built on the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited, or unlawful messages.
• Violate the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or Meta’s platform terms.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or transmit malware.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

You are solely responsible for the content of messages you send and for obtaining any consent required to contact your recipients.

The Service relies on the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform and other third-party providers. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or actions taken by Meta or other third parties, including message delivery delays, account quality ratings, or number bans imposed by Meta.

Certain features may require payment, including WhatsApp messaging charges billed by Meta. You are responsible for all applicable fees and taxes. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by us and our licensors. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to comply with legal requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
